Unique Bidding

We will give you a bid with the total cost of your project and how long it will take to complete.  See the FAQ page for our completion guarantee.   (If you change the plans, it changes the completion date and bid).

With a traditional bid we provide you with a payment schedule, you make a small starting payment then you make payments as we complete the different steps of your project.  This gives you security in that you pay only for what we have done.

If you wish we will give you the broken down detail of our bid.  We go into much more detail in our bids than other contractors.  We do charge you for the detail and refund that charge if you select us as your contractor.  The reason for the charge is that it takes about 2 - 4 weeks to do a detailed bid, depending on the size of your project.  This is why other contractors do not do it.
